Bradfield Farms is a residential neighborhood on the east side Charlotte, North Carolina. The area lies north of Albemarle Road between Harrisburg Road and Alvin Hough Road. Other major motorways include Interstate 485 and Reedy Creek Road. Bradfield Farms is approximately 15 miles away from downtown Charlotte, a commute that averages 25 minutes by car. Public bus transportation is also available.
Bradfield Farms boasts tennis courts, playgrounds, walking trails and two community pools. Larkhaven Golf Club rests at the heart of this neighborhood, providing a challenging, traditional course that is open to the public. Charles T. Meyer Golf Course is also within the area, and several more golf courses are directly south of the area. Other recreational facilities include Sherman Branch Mountain Bike Park, which has an array of trails. Wilgrove Air Park, a small airport, is also present in the neighborhood.
Bradfield Farms is located near other great Charlotte amenities, including Reedy Creek Park, Charlotte Country Club and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. To the north of the neighborhood is Charlotte Motor Speedway, a racing venue that hosts a variety of automotive events and has campgrounds.
