Bryn Mawr-Skyway is a Seattle neighborhood south of Rainier Beach, near the southwest end of Lake Washington. The enormous and awing presence of Mount Rainier is visible to the south, and Rainier Avenue twists up the coast of the beautiful Lake Washington and provides a scenic drive into the city.

This location closely neighbors the community of Renton, a residential area with an IKEA, Target and an array of other shopping centers. The view from your drive around Lake Washington will open up eastward to the Cascade Mountain Range. The mountain range includes some of Washington's most popular hiking trails, including Mount Si, a must-see for any hiker, runner or mountain climber. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is a short drive southwest of Bryn Mawr-Skyway, and the neighborhood is far enough south to avoid downtown traffic. Seattle's strong systems of public transportation and emphasis on bike safety also make it possible to get downtown by bicycle, bus or light rail.

Bryn Mawr-Skyway offers several parks, grocery stores and restaurants as well. This neighborhood is opportune for those with a diverse lifestyle searching for a balance of city life and surrounding opportunities.
