Leisure Village Condominiums is a residential complex approximately 15 miles northwest of downtown St. Louis. The condos rest along the east side of New Halls Ferry Road, a motorway that leads to the city. Other major roads in the area include North Highway 67 and Interstate 270. Residents of Leisure Village Condominiums can expect a half hour commute to St. Louis by car. Public bus transportation is also available. 

The complex is near to many local amenities. Directly across New Halls Ferry Road there are numerous eateries including Chili's, Sonic Drive-In, O'Charley's and DeLeos Deli & Cafe. Additional restaurants can be found along Lindbergh Boulevard. The area also holds a Home Depot, Lowe's Home Improvement, OfficeMax, PetSmart, Marshalls and Schnucks.

Approximately a mile west of Leisure Village Condominiums rests Saint Ferdinand Park, a large recreational area complete with sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, playgrounds and a pavilion. To the south of the complex, there is Florissant Valley Park, a 30 acre green space with a track and a soccer field.

Other nearby attractions include Florissant Civic Center Theater, Flower Valley Shopping Center and Eagle Springs Golf Course.  

Cowboy Country is a residential area approximately 5 miles north of Bryan, Texas. The neighborhood has a northern boundary at the intersection of Thurman Road and Old Cameron Ranch Road. It is near to North Earl Rudder Freeway, a major road that leads into the city of Bryan.

Businesses in the surrounding area of Cowboy Country include Bryan Regional Athletic Complex, Cameron Ranch Food Mart and Coulter Airfield. Bryan Regional Athletic Complex boasts numerous softball fields, soccer fields, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, a wildflower area and a concession stand. A feed store, gas station and farm equipment tractor outlet are also nearby.

Cowboy Country is close to downtown Bryan as well as College Station, the home of Texas A&M University. Bryan offers up numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. The downtown has many local parks and public green spaces. College Station is an expansive, green campus and neighbors Eastwood Airport. Residents of Cowboy Country can also enjoy Texas A&M Traditions Golf Course and Texas A&M University Golf Course.

Other attractions in the area include the George Bush Presidential Library & Museum, Briarcrest Country Club and Lake Bryan.

Benton-Stephens is residential neighborhood in the northeast region of Columbia, Missouri. Benton-Stephens borders the east side of North College Avenue and expands eastward to Old U.S. 63. Major motorways in the area include East Broadway, Paris Road and Interstate 70. The neighborhood is within close driving or biking distance to Columbia's downtown and conveniently lies equidistant to Kansas City and St. Louis.

Benton-Stephens has a wide range of local amenities. There are numerous restaurants, coffeehouses, breweries and cocktail lounges nearby, as well as several recreational green spaces. A bank, drugstore and post office are also in the area. The neighborhood boasts a bicycle and hiking shop, making it easy to plan outdoor weekend trips.  

Benton-Stephens is near to three higher education institutions: Columbia College, Stephens College and the University of Missouri. Furthermore, the neighborhood is within walking distance of both the Columbia Country Club and Stephens Lake Park. The country club has multiple dining facilities and a scenic 18-hole golf course. Stephens Lake Park is an expansive nature area complete with hiking trails, outdoor shelters, an amphitheater, playgrounds, spraygrounds and a swimming beach. There are two waterfalls in the confines of the park as well.

Longhorn Cove is a residential neighborhood located on the east side of Denton, Texas. Longhorn Cove lies just south of East McKinney Street and expands southward between South Woodrow Lane and Mack Park. Residents can reach downtown Denton by driving 1.5 miles east on McKinney Street. This neighborhood also has convenient access to Interstate 35, which leads to major urban hubs such as Dallas and Oklahoma City. 

A number of eateries and other amenities lie within walking distance of Longhorn Cove. A Subway Restaurant and Dollar General are a block north of the neighborhood. To the west of Longhorn Cove, there is In & Out Mexican Grill, as well as a number of law firms. Residents can easily drive, bike or jog to downtown Denton, which offers up more dining establishments, coffeehouses and bars. 

Directly east of Longhorn Cove lies Mack Park. This expansive green space boasts numerous playgrounds and athletic fields, picnic tables, a grill area, drinking fountains and a pavilion. This is a perfect place for residents to spend time outdoors and participate in community sports. Woodrow Park, Phoenix Park and Fred Moore Park are also nearby.

Town Terrace Apartments is a residential complex in downtown Las Vegas. The apartments are approximately 6 miles northeast of the Las Vegas Strip, which is easily accessible via Interstate 15. Other major motorways near Town Terrace Apartments include Charleston Boulevard, South Las Vegas Boulevard and the Great Basin Highway. The apartments are near public transportation, making it easy to access all of the city's attractions. 

As the apartments are located in the heart of Sin City, a number of amenities are readily available. Town Terrace Apartments are within walking distance of many eateries, including steakhouses and bars. A Starbucks and City Centre Coffee are also close by. Los Robles Condominiums is a residential complex approximately 5 miles northwest of downtown Orlando. The condos rest just south of Silver Star Road, a major motorway that provides quick accessibility to the city. Residents can expect a 15 minute commute to downtown by car on average. Public bus transportation is also available.

Los Robles Condominiums are within walking distance of many amenities. The complex itself holds two swimming pools, a clubhouse and a jogging path. The condos also boast gate access to ensure neighborhood security. There is a small lake directly across the street from the Los Robles condos, providing residents with a tranquil spot to enjoy the outdoors. There is a grocery outlet located 1 mile west of the condos. A block northeast of Los Robles there is a 7-Eleven convenience store. Multiple banks and fast food restaurants are in the area as well.

Barnett Park lies about a mile and a half south of Los Robles Condominiums. This expansive recreational green space offers up an 18-hole disc golf course, basketball courts, athletic fields, playgrounds, picnic shelters, a skatepark and a gymnasium. The Magic Outlet Mall and a Wal-Mart Supercenter are also within close driving distance.

Lexington Square Condominiums is a residential complex approximately 2.5 miles southeast of Columbia, Missouri. The condos each boast a fireplace, hardwood floors and a walk-in pantry. The complex rest along the west end of Old U.S. 63, between Hinkson Creek and Lake Cyrene. Lexington Square Condominiums lie about a two-hour drive west of downtown St. Louis. 

McGinty's Pub sits kitty-corner to the condos, providing a neighborhood hangout within close walking distance. The Columbia Hearing Center is directly across the street from the complex. The University of Missouri campus lies about half a mile west of the complex. The Mizzou campus offers up a wide range of eateries, coffee houses, retail shops and athletic facilities.  

Lexington Square Condominiums is also near a gigantic continuous green space composed of three areas: Capen Park, Grindstone Nature Area and Waters-Moss Memorial Wildlife Preserve. This natural expanse holds hiking trails, bluffs and scenic overlooks. Several more large recreational parks are also in the area. Other nearby attractions include Venture Out climbing facilities, A.L Gustin Golf Course, Columbia Country Club and Forum Shopping Center.  

Back Creek Church Road is a neighborhood on the east side of Charlotte, North Carolina, located between Interstate 485 and E​ast W.T. Harris Boulevard. The neighborhood's northern boundary is at University City Boulevard. Other major roads include Rocky River Road and the Plaza Road Extension. Back Creek Church Road is approximately 10.5 miles northeast of downtown Charlotte, averaging a 25-minute commute by car. Public bus transportation is also available. 

Back Creek Church Road is close to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, making it a good place to live for students and faculty alike. The neighborhood is also home to a number of local businesses and churches. The south end of the area holds Reedy Creek Park, an enormous nature preserve with over 10 miles of hiking trails. The reserve has numerous fishing ponds and a nature center. Also in the neighborhood is Hodges Farm, an establishment open to the public that offers hay rides, pony rides, farm tours and a pick-your-own pumpkin patch.  

A short drive down Interstate 485 leads to Larkhaven Golf Club, which has a beautiful course that's open to the public.

Aventine-Tramonti is a residential complex approximately 15 miles northwest of downtown Las Vegas. Located near the Oran K. Gragson Freeway, Aventine-Tramonti provides easy accessibility to the Las Vegas Strip. Other major motorways nearby include the Bruce Woodbury Beltway and North Fort Apache Road. From the neighborhood, a trip to downtown averages a 25-minute commute by car. Public bus transportation is also available. 

An Albertson's grocery outlet, Lowe's Home Improvement, Starbucks coffeehouse and Walgreens are all within close walking or driving distance of Aventine-Tramonti. Restaurants in the area include Leticia's Mexican Cocina, Roberto's Taco Shop. McDonald's and Sammy's Woodfired Pizza. A T​.J. Maxx, Chase Bank and Montecito Marketplace are also located in the neighborhood.

Aventine-Tramonti boasts many nearby recreational parks and sports facilities. Less than 5 miles east of the neighborhood lies Silverstone Golf Club and Floyd Lamb Park. Silverstone Golf Club is a gorgeous course overlooking the mountains and is home to the longest hole in Nevada, measuring well over 600 yards. Floyd Lamb Park is a 680-acre oasis with views of the Sheep and Spring mountain ranges.

The Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area lies just west of Aventine-Tramonti, and holds nearly 200,000 acres of remarkable geological formations. The conservation area has over 30 miles of hiking trails and offers numerous other recreational activities.

Lake Gloria Preserve is a residential neighborhood approximately 8.5 miles south of downtown Orlando, Florida. The apartments in Lake Gloria Preserve border Bay Lake. From this area, the commute to downtown Orlando averages approximitely 20-minutes by car. Public bus transportation is also available.

Lake Gloria Preserve boasts many local amenities. Numerous eateries lie within walking distance, including Carrabba's Italian Grill, The Gnarly Barley, Garibaldi Mexican Cuisine, Chili's, Red Lobster, Panera Bread and Outback Steakhouse. The Florida Mall rests only a mile west of the apartments in this neighborhood. The Florida Mall has many apparel outlets, specialty shops and is home to the Florida Conference Center.

Other amenities in the area include Orlando Watersports Complex, a recycling center, after-school care facilities, multiple grocery stores and a Best Buy. Sea World and Disney World Orlando are both within close driving distance of Lake Gloria Preserve.

There are many lakes in the area surrounding Lake Gloria Preserve, providing numerous opportunities for recreation. The largest body of water, Lake Conway, is a chain of lakes connected by canals that is a popular destination for boating and fishing. Lake Conway is also known for being a great place for wakeboarding and water skiing.
