Davis Lake-Eastfield is a residential neighborhood approximately 14 miles north of downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. Davis Lake-Eastfield is north of David Cox Road and to the east of Old Stateville Road. The area expands northward to the intersection of Eastfield Road and Loganville Drive. Davis Lake-Eastfield averages a 20-minute commute to downtown Charlotte by car via the Bill Lee Freeway. Public bus transportation is also available.
At the heart of Davis Lake-Eastfield rests Charlotte Racquet Club North, a recreational facility with tennis courts, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a clubhouse. Other neighborhood amenities include a general store, banquet hall, daycare center, design studio and several grocery stores.
Directly outside of Davis Lake-Eastfield there are several more eateries and a variety of outdoor recreational facilities, including the Tradition Golf Club, Highland Creek Golf Club, Lenux Stables and Riding Academy, and Mallard Creek Community Park. The golf clubs in the area focus on providing a challenging course while also preserving the natural woodsy landscape of the region.
Davis Lake-Eastfield is also close to the Charlotte Motor Speedway, University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Concord Regional Airport.
