Paul Borda Towers is a residential complex in the southeast area of downtown Memphis, Tennessee. The towers rest along North Danny Thomas Boulevard between Jefferson Avenue and Madison Avenue. Paul Borda Towers are only about 1.5 miles away from the Mississippi River. 

Paul Borda Towers are within walking distance to a number of parks, eateries and museums. A block northeast of the complex lies the Mallory-Neely House and Woodruff-Fontaine House Museum. In the same neighborhood there are two recreational green spaces: Morris Park and Edison Park. Morris Park holds basketball courts, play equipment, a fitness trail and a swimming pool. Restaurants in the area include Arepa And Salsa, The Trolley Stop Market, Mollie Fontaine Lounge, Kudzus Bar & Grill and Evelyn & Olive Restaurant and Wine Bar.

The main drag of downtown Memphis is approximately a mile westward of Paul Borda Towers. The complex is a 2 mile walk or 3 mile drive from Mud Island River Park and Memphis Yacht Club. Mud Island River Park boasts a 52-acre expanse with biking and jogging paths as well as the Mississippi River Museum. The island also is a great destination for kayakers and canoers.
