Surprise Farms is a neighborhood located about 33 miles northwest of Phoenix in a town called Surprise. It's bordered to the east by Bob Stump Memorial Parkway, to the south by West Greenway Road, and to the north by West Bell Road. 

Neighborhood residents love to spend time in the warm Phoenix weather by visiting Surprise Farms Community Park. This large green space spans a big portion of the area's south side. When you head to the park, you can play in the grass, go for a jog, take your dog for a walk on the local trail or play sports. No matter what you do at the park, you'll bask in the Arizona sunlight. The average high temperatures in the summer reach up to about 107 degrees Fahrenheit. Winter is much more mild at 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

This mostly residential neighborhood is dominated by a variety of housing options, such as homes and apartments. However, you will find a few businesses and plenty of schools scattered throughout the landscape. For example, you'll discover a grocery store just north of Surprise Farms.

Nearby schools include Canyon Ridge Elementary, Cimarron Springs Elementary, Western Peaks Elementary and Willow Canyon High.
