Willow Glen is a neighborhood roughly one hour south of San Francisco in the city of San Jose, California. The community is encircled by major roadways including State Routes 85, 87 and 17, and Interstate 280, which runs east and west across Willow Glen's north border.

Willow Glen has plenty for its residents to do – it boasts a great selection of specialty shops, independent businesses and restaurants. There are also plenty of nightlife venues for fans of karaoke and wine aficionados.

The pedestrian-friendly streets are lined with mature trees and diverse architecture to create a very walkable atmosphere. There are also several trails that residents can use for biking and hiking. No railways serve the neighborhood but commuters can use the light rail system with stations near the border of the community.

Several elementary schools including Bagby and Blackford schools make their home in Willow Glen. Two high schools also serve the students there: Presentation, Willow Glen and Del Mar high schools.

The neighborhood association is a very active organization in the community, and it hosts annual events like picnics, holiday tree lightings and Founder's Day.
