This property is For Sale by Owner or "FSBO", which can offer significant advantages to home buyers. Even though a homeowner chooses FSBO to save money on real estate fees, those savings can be passed on to the buyer as a lower purchase price. Some FSBO homeowners may also offer flexible financing options, including Owner Financing (a good alternative to a bank loan) or Rent to Own. The Rent to Own option would allow you to rent this home for a period of time with an option to purchase it for a predetermined price after the rental period. This gives you time to build up your credit and accumulate your down payment, all while living in the home of your dreams!

Learn more about Highland Park

Highland Pak is a neighborhood on the southeast side of San Antonio. Major roads in the area include Jose Lopez Freeway, Staff Sgt. William J. Bordelon Freeway and Lucian Adams Freeway. Neighborhood residents can travel throughout the city via car, bus or train.

In the beginning of the 20th century, the area now known as Highland Park was farmland. A group of investors bought the town in 1909 and became the Highland Park Improvement Company. The neighborhood is now filled with Craftsman-style architecture, which was popular through the 1920s. E.O. Goldbeck was a famous panoramic photographer whose home and studio was located in Highland Park.

Residents can enjoy the warm San Antonio weather by visiting Highland Park, a green lawn space near the eastern side of the neighborhood. It's the perfect spot to go for a jog or take your dog for a walk. The James A. Bode Community Center sits in the middle of the park.

You'll find several shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants scattered throughout Highland Park. The streets near the freeway system are especially full of dinning opportunities.

Families that live in Highland Park can send their kids to school at Page Middle School, Highland Park Elementary School or Steele Elementary School.
